Mind Body Wellness Counseling

Traveling through your journey in life is a powerful experience with unexpected bumps in the road, often creating feelings of uncertainty and self-doubt. When we experience thoughts and feelings that are uncomfortable, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and changes in mood, we tend to also feel it physically in our bodies through lethargy, pain, and changes in sleep and weight. Using a mind-body therapeutic approach allows you to identify skills for a means of transformation in your emotional and physical life.

 

Therapy offers a non-bias objective perspective to learn practical ways to create inner emotional balance and awareness. It provides a safe space for reflection and discovery to bring you to a place of clarity and awareness. Therapeutic techniques commonly used in session range from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectable Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy.

 

As your psychotherapist I use an integrated mind-body approach to allow you to have the space to identify areas of concern and goals to work towards.  I specialize in providing treatment for individuals struggling with;
