| Barbara Hynal is a Registered Nurse Practitioner, with a Bachelor in
Health Care Administration, a Master in Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical
Nurse Specialists, and a Doctorate in Religious Science and Metaphysics.
Barbara is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypno-anaesthesiologist
and is certified by the State of California to teach Clinical Hypnosis.
She is also a Reiki Master and a student of American Holistic Nurse Healing
Touch (energy) program. She works in the field of psychoneuroimmunology
using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Another of her accomplishments,
she is an ordained minister.
Barbara held a contract with the United States District Court Pretrial Service in the State of California. The California Department of Social Services, Training Bureau, uses relaxation tapes produced by Mind Body Wellness Counseling, of which Barbara is the owner. Barbara has spent eighteen years as CEO in the counseling field for New Beginnings Addiction Recovery Therapy, Anti-Entropy Hypnotherapy, Mind-Body Counseling Group, and Mind-Body Wellness Counseling. She was co-founder of the Professional Hypnotherapy Council of San Diego, is an author, has been published nationally, and is a professional speaker. Along with her private practice, Barbara has spent twelve years of hospital administrative duties in the surgery department of several hospitals, two years as an independent external medical auditor, and twelve years as an internal auditor within several major San Diego hospitals. |
